What We Offer

  • Health and Welfare Benefits

    The company offers medical, dental and vision care and dependent life insurance benefits to employees’ spouses, and dependent children. Also offered is access to long-term disability coverage that provides employees with partial income protection.


    The company offers Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Insurance. As well as Home and Auto and a Commuter Benefit through Discovery Benefits.

  • Retirement Savings

    There is no waiting period to participate in the 401(k) plan and the company matches eligible employees' contributions, dollar for dollar, to a maximum of 5% of eligible 401(k) earnings.

  • Life Insurance

    The company provides free basic employee life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

  • Compensation

    Salaries are competitive and equitable, with increases based on your performance. Annual incentive payments are awarded based on company and individual performance.

  • Paid Time Off

    Paid time off is credited on an earn as you go basis, beginning from your date of hire. There are 9 core holidays.

  • Flexible Schedules

    Options include daily flexible schedules, telecommuting, and a part time schedule.

  • Parenthood Leave

    New parents can take three weeks of paid leave in the first six months following the birth or adoption of a child. The company also provides up to $10,000 for adoption expenses.

  • Volunteering

    Employees may use up to 40 hours of paid time per year for personal volunteer service and can also participate in company-sponsored volunteer activities during the work day.

  • Wellness

    Participate in a variety of on-site wellness programs, free biometric screenings and $150 annual reimbursement for fitness related expenses.

  • Employee Assistance

    Balance work and life with the help of resource and referral services and an Employee Assistance Program.

  • Tuition Assistance

    The company provides up to $2,000 a year for insurance-related professional designations and reimbursement for other approved courses of study ($3,500 undergrad/$5,500 graduate).
