Diane is responsible for ensuring strategic initiatives are on track, working with the executive team and all business and staff areas, and leads Nassau's communications and community engagement functions.

She joined the company in 1996 and spent her early career in Corporate Services. She then moved to Investor Relations and held a series of increasingly senior positions working with investors, analysts and rating agencies. Prior to being named to her current role in 2018, Diane served in Corporate Finance and focused on rating agency and regulator communications.

Diane holds a B.A. in history from Eastern Connecticut State University. She serves on the board of Connecticut Insurance and Financial Services and is an active volunteer and supporter of several Hartford-based community organizations including Hands on Hartford, Connecticut Foodshare, Riverfront Recapture and the Connecticut Science Center.
