Jordan Price, CPA

Jordan is responsible for Nassau’s global finance and corporate development functions, including financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, capital management, treasury, corporate audit, M&A, and other strategic, financial, and operational initiatives.

He joined the company's accounting and reporting group in 2014 and served in increasingly senior finance roles, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Deputy CFO. In 2023, Jordan was appointed to the newly created role of Chief Corporate Development Officer to build a Strategic Projects & Corporate Development function for Nassau. He was named Chief Financial Officer in 2024 to lead the combined finance, corporate development, and strategic projects teams.

Prior to joining Nassau, he held treasury and corporate finance positions at Aetna and served insurance industry clients in the financial services practice at Deloitte.

Jordan holds bachelor's and master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
